Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, as long as we provide them with the opportunity and space to do so. Awareness In Motion provides the knowledge to let the body heal itself.
Teaching the art of Body Awareness through Awareness In Motion, varies in time. Some people respond almost immediately while others take time. How easily you can follow abstract commands and how much resistance you have to “let go” determine how fast we advance. The process though is more important than the destination. Be ready to learn things about yourself that you never thought were there.
How To Start
The most recommended way to start is with 10 sessions taken as close to each other as possible. So if you are truly willing to get yourself out of pain and discomfort, you should have continuous lessons, Monday to Friday for 2 weeks. After that, you may feel confident enough to have only 1 or 2 lessons per week.
The aim is to make you proficient enough so you can follow your own path to a life free of pain and injuries. I have had students who after only 15 lessons were equipped with the necessary knowledge and confidence to keep practicing on their own. Their bodies had developed their own healing capabilities and I couldn’t do a better job that they could do themselves.
That is what I aim for, your independence, confidence and wisdom.
Movement Coaching Prices:
- 15 sessions package to be used within 1.5 months
- 30 sessions package to be used within 3 months
- 60 sessions package to be used within 6 months
- 120 sessions package to be used within 12 months
Single “follow up” sessions are available for those who have attended at least 30 sessions first.

Developing the necessary Body Awareness to take full advantage of Awareness In Motion requires absolute attention and focus. Patience and mental fortitude, plus the ability to understand and follow abstract commands are essential. Willingness to embark in a journey unlike any other you have experienced and enjoy every moment of it are a must.
My aim is to prepare your body and mind so you can become yourself a student of movement to forge your own path once you have understood the basics of Awareness In Motion. Daily personal practice is necessary for lasting results. The more you practice, the faster you will be able to work on your own, only touching base with me sparingly to check your progress and to advice new paths of exploration.
